Housecleaning:

Housecleaning services are provided with a small additional charge once a month if you choose. We will help arrange the service around your schedule and at your convenience. A thorough, professional cleaning helps set your mind at ease and gives your home a fresh start every month. Should you decide not to take advantage of this service, no problem, it's completely up to you. If you wish to have the cleaning done more than once a month we can help you arrange that at a discounted rate and added to your rent.

Lawncare / Landscaping:

Lawncare and Landscaping services are provided at no charge four times a year. Need some help with that spring cleanup? You've got it. Planning on being on vacation and want to see that the property is cared for? We'll take care of it. Like to get that professional, manicured look for an outside party or barbeque? We'll arrange it. Should you choose not to take advantage of this service, no problem, it's completely up to you. If you wish to employ the lawncare services more than four times a year, we can help you arrange that at a discounted rate and conveniently add it to your rent.

Snow Removal:

Brownsburg Rentals will come to your rescue during those "big" winter storms. We want you to be safe, comfortable and healthy. So when it really snows . . . we'll be there!
